My heaven is complete!!!

After a year of planning and organizing, my scrapbooking room is finally finished! The last piece that I needed was the countertop and after my mom found out that I was using the Making Memories Slice on my lap and scrapping on a 12X12 inch cube, she bought me my countertop and Neil just installed it for me. Now if I could only get an hour in this holiday craziness to get in there and scrap! Thanks MoM and DaD!!

Lesson Learned!

On monday, while making dinner, Zachary decided to storm into the kitchen and touched the inside of the oven door. It took him a moment before he realized, "Gee, this really hurts"

But because it is Zach, my laid back Zach, he cried for a couple of hours but that evening he was laughing and playing. We bandaged it and he doesn't seam to mind it too much.

He is such a sweet little boy that it's really sad to see him all mitted (new word that I just made up!) like that but he is still a happy, cuddly little boy like he always was. Hopefully he has learned that the oven is hot! I also hope that Gabriel has learned the same lesson by watching his brother, 'cause I would hate to have to go through this again!!!
And already, it is looking better. He is going to be just fine.

Big Helpers

We have been remodeling Nanny's scrapbooking room. On this day of the project, the boys decided that they did not want to take a nap because they wanted to help. They loved playing peek-a-boo through the cabinets and trying to help hammer things. Gabriel just wanted to see what was going on (on his tip-toes). Their favorite part was crawling in and out of the cabinets and generally being in the way. But we really enjoyed how cute they were.

Harris Wrestlemania

Everybody pile on Daddy!!!

The boys love to get in on the
action and try to beat up daddy.

The girls love for daddy to wrestle with them. They try to tackle him (which doesn't work) and they try to tickle him (which doesn't work either). And yet they get what they really want which is to be tackled, tickled and generally thrown around. He flips them, traps them and then tickles them until they cry for mercy (while laughing).

Recently the boys have gotten into the act too! They try to tackle him and lay on him. And they love to be in the air like airplanes.

Kaley gets trapped by daddy in a leg lock. She likes it at first, but then starts to freak out.

DADDY WINS!!!

as always.

Happy Halloween!!

Gabriel was my little Squirt!
Zachary was my little Nemo, complete with fin and lucky fin!
Madison as the Pop Star herself, miss Hannah Montana !
Kaley looking perfect as Alice in Wonderland.
Their favorite house was this one with a bubble machine outside the door. They almost forgot to ring the doorbell because they just wanted to stand there and pop the bubbles coming down.
The girls had a great time Trick or Treating. The boys just got to ride in the stroller. It drizzled on us a little but for the most part we had a great night. And we got lots of candy!!

Pumpkin Carving Time

We didn't get to carve the pumpkins until Halloween Day, but we had a lot of fun. The girls really enjoyed taking out all the gooey pumpkin insides. The boys didn't really know what to do with it, and Zach kept trying to put his face in it.

We spent a lot of time on the Tigger one and it came out really great! I am partial to the spider but that is because I did it. And the little ones are for the boys. One has a really wide thin smile just like Zach and the other has a funny goofy face just like Gabriel.

Fun in the Tub

Zachary had a lot of fun hitting Kaley in the head. Kaley didn't have as much fun!
The boys love to play in the bathtub, but they are really all over the place. They are usually trying to climb the walls!
Giving these kids a bath is a lot of work and usually leaves me ready for bed! I do, however, always enjoy their smiling faces and that Johnson & Johnson smell afterward.
